We are the Emboldened Bakers. Contrary to our name we do not just bake, but also cook. This is a community organisation where everyone can learn from others how to bake an amazing dessert or cook the tastiest meals. It is about learnig an important life skill and in trying the cultural foods of others. Who knows! You may even find your new favourite dish.
Our Supervisors and Teachers
Kadie Verons
Kadie is a baker from a local bakery.
Known for her art in baking, specifically with making cakes and dinners look like other realistic objects.
Louise Dallas
Louise graduated from Culinary Arts in Technological University Dublin.
She has won four first place prizes in competitions.
Tim Alans
Tim studied the Culinary Arts at Athlone Institute of Technology.
He specialises in the chemistry behind cooking.
Kerrie Werrin
Kerrie has been teaching Home Economics in secondary schools around the county for a decade.
She entered nation-wide competitions for baking and cooking.
